"The Jester's Dream" by Peter Juvonene |
When I want solitude
sometimes I seek a crowd.
In cafe clatter and train station rush
I am one soul and stillness
wraps me in
cocoon threads.
It’s not like that in
my too quiet house
where the crowd of my thoughts
rattle and scrape
like broken shells
in the surf.
