Shari Francois is a Commander with the Redmond Police Department and has been a law enforcement officer for 20 years here in Washington State.  She is a trained Crisis Intervention Team officer and has spearheaded the initiative to have all first responders trained in CIT, specifically for dealing with those with a mental illness in Redmond.  She holds a Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College.

 

Manka Dhingra is a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney, Senior Specialist with the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.  She holds a JD from the University of Washington School of Law and Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Political Science from the University of California at Berkeley.
