I and my family have been struggling with the sickness of our 7 mo. old grandson for 5 months. He has epilepsy, resistent to anti-convolsents and will need brain surgery. The heartbreak and family worry from this has distracted me from most activities in my life, including this blog. I'll be posting only seldom. Blogging helps me to connect with my community and gives me an outlet and pastime. I'm working at the food bank which brings joy and purpose to my life. Once my grandson and our family heals I will be more involved with my community and writing more.
