How safe will the mall and surrounding areas be with a Plymouth Housing project a couple of blocks away? One of their residents died in their Seattle project in early March. It's not a rejection of help; it's a matter of common sense. Redmond adopted the project rejected by Kenmore and other cities' residents, why?
