I go over to Perrigo Springs every month or two. The Perrigo Heights development dumps lots of grass seed and fertilizer into the creek so the creekbed is covered with grass and algae/moss. Every so often a group comes through and does a "restoration" by moving rocks around.
The City of Redmond still has the water right for Perrigo Springs because it was issued prior to 1917. A long time ago, I talked to Tom Barry who was the water quality specialist for the city when they passed the first wellhead protection ordinance in 2001 or 2002. He said that technically Perrigo Springs is still a municipal water supply for Redmond. WiW
