The Redmond Lacrosse Club is dedicated to promoting lacrosse and providing students athletes the opportunity to learn the fundamentals and develop their skills while fielding competitive teams and honoring the game.  The Club serves players from K-12 who reside in the area served by Redmond High School.
Now is the time to commit to Spring lacrosse and tell your players to tell their friends. This is the best way for them to have fun.  - Rob Leavitt, President, RLC

CONDITIONING CAMP FOR HS AND 7/8
Coach Rob has secured a top Athletic trainer to work with our club in the pre-season, two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) focusing on conditioning and lacrosse-specific exercises in order to help our players hit the field in top physical and mental shape. This conditioning will go a long way to help with the strength, speed and agility as well as safety of our players prior to the official opening of spring practice.
These 1 (one) hour practices will run on Tuesdays and Thursday from 4 PM - 5 PM at Grass Lawn Park and are open to players in grades 7 through to 12.
We strongly recommend signing up to attend these and make the most of the pre-season. Register through the Club's website now.
