 Jacob Menashe is a principal attorney for Hickmann Menashe in Lynnwood.  He earned his degree from Stanford University with distinction and his law degree from University of California, San Francisco.  Jacob passed the Washington State Bar    Association in 1993.  His area of practice is Special Needs Trust Planning, Social   Security Disability, Guardianship, Estate Planning, Elder Law, Probate and Long Term Care Planning.  Jacob has done several lectures, presentations and publications.
