Redmond, WA – Redmond Police Traffic Investigators are investigating a hit and run traffic collision at NE 85th St. and 164th Ave NE sending a 22 year-old Redmond man to Evergreen Hospital.
At 5:54 AM this morning a passerby called 911 reporting a man down, lying in the roadway at the location. Redmond Police and Medics responded and found the man in the roadway who appears to have been struck by a vehicle. Read More >>
The man was transported to Evergreen hospital with injuries to his head and leg. The cause of the crash and additional information regarding the victim’s identification is unknown and under investigation by the Redmond Police Traffic Division.
He was in a crosswalk when he was struck by what is believed to be a 1999-2007 light colored Chevy vehicle which may now have a dented hood and/or cracked windshield.The Redmond Police Department is seeking the assistance of anyone who may have seen or has information regarding this incident and is asking them to call the Redmond Police Department at (425) 556-2500.
