David grew up in the Pacific Northwest (Southern Oregon) and moved to the Redmond area in 1991 to work for Microsoft. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Oregon State University. He lived in Germany for six months directly after college where he did an internship in the banking industry where he also studied the finer aspects of beer and German food.
He worked for Microsoft as a full-time employee for 10 years, first in Product Support and then as a Software Test Engineer in the Office and Outlook product groups. Read More >>
He currently works as a Sr. Software Test Engineer for Sogeti, USA which is a world-wide provider of IT services. He currently is on assignment at Amazon.com where he ensures quality standards for Amazon’s mobile applications for iPhone, Android, Windows Phone and iPad. He’s worked projects for companies such as Microsoft, Real Networks, Getty Images, Clearwire and AT&T.
David’s hobbies include cooking, Mariners baseball, trap shooting, softball and motorcycle riding.
He lives in the Overlake neighborhood with his wife Danielle. They also live with their four furry friends; two dogs and two cats...
